About Eugene.
Eugene DeLeon is an AI strategist, educator and founder of DeLeon Labs. He helps business and education leaders connect emerging technology with practical needs, thoughtful leadership and useful outcomes.
He is a doctoral candidate in Ethical Leadership at Olivet Nazarene University, researching structured AI-learning interventions and literacy outcomes among first-generation Black college students. He also serves as a Braven Leadership Coach at NIU.
His work is grounded in a simple conviction: technology should serve people on purpose.
